Healthy, Fit, Busy – Oh My!
Want to look and feel fit? Want to eat healthy? Are you busy and these things seem impossible? Not sure what to believe? What to do? How to do it? Which meal plan to choose? Etc, Etc, Etc……………
Quick Background –> I work a lot…65+ hours a week, plus some, as a Certified Physician Assistant and Certified Athletic Trainer. I work in clinical research on my “spare time” and have a biopharmaceutical company which is working on nutraceuticals for market in the future. I am also a Certified Professional Cancer Coach. I workout almost everyday. I teach cycling classes. I cook when I can and eat when I am able to during the day.
The Reason for this Website –> I know you want to be HEALTHY. I know what you read, see, hear on Instagram, magazines, and workout facilities. I know you want to be FIT too. And I understand BUSY… I want to help guide you, teach you, and offer you through expert opinions, not only myself, but others in many areas of nutrition, fitness, and medicine a realistic approach to the things you are looking for in life to live a healthy lifestyle without unrealistic approaches (ie: Meal Prep…lets be serious…if you’re busy this isn’t happening to the extent we see on Instagram/Facebook/Etc). I might not be the next WBFF Pro, but I don’t have time for it and neither do you if I had to guess? Trust me…I have done it all! I am not going to talk you into any “one” diet because I don’t believe there is “one” for everyone. It is what works best for you!

I will try my best to create valuable content to demonstrate its OK to take shortcuts in order to eat HEALTHY, exercise, and feel FIT while being BUSY!
